As a trusted Field Superintendent for the past 11 years at Hermes Construction, he plays a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Mike is a resourceful problem-solver, identifying and addressing job site issues before they become obstacles. His strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and designers help foster collaboration and keep projects moving forward smoothly. Drawing from his extensive background in home building — where his own company constructed custom homes. Mike brings a unique “old-school” approach that emphasizes quality, craftsmanship, and personalized service.

Mike’s expertise extends to schedules, timelines, and coordination, ensuring all trades are well-orchestrated and projects progress efficiently. His certifications in first aid, adherence to OSHA standards, and licensure as a drone pilot enable him to oversee operations safely and thoroughly — using aerial photography and video to capture progress and provide valuable insight into every site.
