but you would have little information about the cost of the design the architect has presented to you. Sure, an architect
may give you a "best guess" budget, but remember, the architect is not the builder. It would not be until
the architect sent the drawings out to bid that you would find out that the project would cost too much. Then you would
end up paying the architect to make design changes and to repeat the process over again.
