Due to growth of the congregation, Southland Missionary Baptist Church
needed more space.
The Problem: The existing septic
system could not meet the needs of a new building. The cost of running a sewer line to the street was incredible.
Hermes Construction devised a plan of action to meet the needs and budget of the church.
The
Solution: The installation of a pump station that takes a shortcut through a neighboring property to the city
sanitary system. We worked with the city and neighboring property owner for approvals. In addition the new sanitary
line was bored underground to eliminate the impact to the neighbor's property.
